COVID-19 Update

Our online store remains open and ready to deliver your orders, however our delivery window will be slightly extended due to the pandemic. Please allow an extra 3-5 days for Australian orders and 7-10 days for international orders. Please be assured that the health and safety of our fabulous warehouse team and valued customers. Thank you for your patience and continued support!

Due to the pandemic, we have been experiencing delays in shipments so some of our popular items are selling out before we get more stock available. To avoid frustration for your size not being available, we suggest filtering by size while on a collection page. Alternatively, if you are after a specific item in a specific size, we have implemented back in stock notifications so that you can be notified as soon as something becomes available. For a rough guide on arrival dates, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Due to Covid-19 delays, please allow extra time for your parcel to reach our warehouse. This can take up to two weeks depending on Australia Post deliveries. We are also based in Victoria and during periods of lockdown, due to smaller staff capacities, during busier periods, we are only able to process returns once a week. Thank you in advance for your patience and please keep an eye on your returns tracking number to ensure your package reaches us.

Sizing & Fit

We’ve put together an at home bra fit guide with directions on how to measure yourself from the comfort of your bedroom. If you know your measurements already, you can look at our size-guide article with tips and tricks on checking your bra for the perfect fit.

Shipping & Returns

Free Australian shipping is available on all orders above $75AUD. Free international delivery is available on all orders above $200AUD or equivalent currency. Free shipping will automatically be offered at checkout. Please note that cart total must exceed these amounts afterany discounts are applied.

We aim to get all orders dispatched within 1 business day.

We all make mistakes sometimes! If you email or call us immediately, there is a possibility of us being able to edit your order before we send it out. Keep in mind that we aim to get orders out quickly so leaving it a few hours could make a big difference to our ability to help you. If it's too late, we will happily refund your order fully providing items are returned in saleable condition.

All orders are subject to availability of stock. Australian deliveries are shipped by Australia Post and in accordance to their guidelines can be expected within 5-7 business days. Express Shipping can be expected within 2-4 business days. International deliveries are shipped by DHL and can normally be expected in 2-4 business days.

We offer full refunds on all full-priced items providing they are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags. See our Returns & Exchange Policy for full terms. Returns are subject to the cost of delivery by the purchaser.

Unfortunately our system does not allow for direct exchanges. We Instead request that items which are to be exchanged are returned for a refund and then a new order is submitted online.

Once a returned item is received at our warehouse and we have assessed the condition of the item, we will send you an email to confirm that we are processing your return. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days after you receive our email depending on your initial payment method. Allow up to 3 weeks from the date you sent your parcel.

Sustainability

While we can’t change everything we do overnight, we are committed to reducing our impact on the environment. Over the past few years, we have reduced our single use plastic use by almost 80% and are continuing to change our ways – most recently, moving to a locally made, compostable & plastic free cling wrap to wrap our pallets! We are also constantly looking at how we can design and make more planet friendly product. To read more, head to our sustainability blog posts!

As a majority of our product goes to in-store retailers, we are required to include hangers on our garments. While we could remove them from our online orders, we feel that this is a bit disingenuous. These hangers are 100% recyclable and are made from recycled plastic so please put these hangers in your home recycling so that they don’t go into landfill. We are looking into avenues to bring down this usage but ultimately it is up to the retailers requirements.
